These terms govern the use of innprende.com, operated by Innprende Innovación y Desarrollo SAS. By browsing the site you accept them.
1. Purpose of the site
innprende.com is an informational site. It presents the company's services and lets you request a discovery session. It is not a transactional platform: no products are sold and no payments are processed through it.
2. Nature of the published information
The copy, service descriptions, rollout timeframes and examples shown on the site are informational and do not constitute a binding commercial offer. The WhatsApp conversations and calls shown are illustrative examples, not records of real customers.
The scope, timeline and price of any project are agreed in writing in a proposal or contract signed by both parties. Only that document creates obligations.
3. Permitted use
You may read, print and share the site's content for informational purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce or exploit the content commercially without written authorization.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data or restricted areas.
- Use the form to send unsolicited advertising, unlawful content or malicious software.
- Use automated means that degrade the site's operation.
4. Intellectual property
The Innprende brand, the logotype, the Pipeline symbol, the copy, the design and the code of this site belong to Innprende Innovación y Desarrollo SAS or are used under license. Third-party marks mentioned — including WhatsApp, Meta, Instagram, Messenger and Sabre Corp. — belong to their respective owners and are cited for descriptive purposes only. Their mention implies no sponsorship or affiliation.
The Archivo typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.
5. Ownership of deliverables
In the projects we are contracted for, the source code, the domain and the infrastructure are put in the client's name under the terms of the relevant contract. This site does not modify or replace those terms.
6. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party services, such as WhatsApp or a scheduling calendar. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies.
7. Availability and limitation of liability
We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innprende Innovación y Desarrollo SAS is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.
8. Data protection
The processing of the data you submit through the form is governed by the privacy notice, which forms an integral part of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published at this address, with its update date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the user's country of residence.
