Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data Innprende Innovación y Desarrollo SAS collects through innprende.com, what it is used for, and what rights you have over it.
1. Who is responsible
Innprende Innovación y Desarrollo SAS, a company incorporated in Colombia, is the data controller. For anything related to this notice, write to danilo@innprende.com.
2. What we collect
Only what you give us voluntarily through the contact form:
- Name
- Company (optional)
- Email address
- WhatsApp or phone number
- Country
- The message you write us
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying individuals.
3. What we use it for
- Answering your request and scheduling the discovery session.
- Sending you the proposal you asked for.
- Following up on the conversation while you remain interested.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We make no automated decisions that produce legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on the legitimate interest of responding to a commercial inquiry you initiated. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to danilo@innprende.com.
5. Who we share it with
Only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the site and our email, under data processing agreements: the hosting and content delivery provider, the email provider, and, where applicable, the messaging service you use to reach us. There are no other recipients.
If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is additionally governed by WhatsApp's and Meta's terms.
6. International transfers
We work with clients in several countries and some providers store information on servers outside your country of residence. In those cases we require contractual safeguards equivalent to those of the applicable regulation.
7. How long we keep it
We keep contact data while a commercial relationship or active interest exists, and for up to twenty-four months after the last contact. After that we delete it, unless a legal or accounting obligation requires keeping it longer.
8. Your rights
At any time and at no cost, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion, objection and withdrawal of consent, and request proof of the authorization you granted.
To do so, write to danilo@innprende.com stating your name and the right you wish to exercise. We respond within the timeframes set by Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing regulations. If you are not satisfied, you may contact Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
If you reside in the United States and your state grants additional rights over personal data — for example, to know what information is collected or to request its deletion — we handle those requests through the same channel. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to contact information is limited to team members who handle commercial inquiries. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorized access.
10. Minors
The site is aimed at companies and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes
If we change this notice, we will publish the updated version at this same address with its effective date.
